Costanza’s dough is soft, light, floppy and foldable, with a distinct leopard-spotted slightly chewy crust, made in the traditional way, using only imported '00' Caputo Italian flour, water, salt, and yeast, twice-proofed for 24 hours. Each pizza is made fresh, hand-stretched and stone-baked at 500° C in just 90 seconds.
